Receptionist / Administrator
HOURS OF WORK: Part Time, Job Share (13:00-17:30) Monday to Friday
You will primarily be responsible for welcoming all visitors to
the site; directing incoming calls and providing administrative
support to our other teams. You will maintain stocks of
stationery and PPE supplies; process all post and courier
collections; collate and compile various departmental
reports; book travel and hotel accommodation; and support
the Ornua Nutrition Ingredients UK team in producing
account statements; processing orders; posting cash into
the sales ledger and coding supplier invoices.
You will also be required to assist with general
administrative projects on an ad hoc basis.
Ideally you will have previous administration and reception
experience, including the use of switchboards. You will be
highly organized with excellent attention to detail, coupled
with good literacy and numeracy skills. You must be able to
communicate effectively with both internal and external
customers. You should also be computer literate with good
Word and Excel skills.
