Ornua Nutrition Ingredients and JTJ Training Solutions have joined together in partnership to start their Funded Workforce Development Programme. The training programme is a Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Level 2 NVQ combined with "The Ornua Way" Yellow Belt training.

 

The core idea is to maximise our customer value while minimising waste.  Simply "The Ornua Way" means creating more value for our customers with less waste.   With 55% of the Ornua Nutrition Ingredients production workforce signed up in year one this is a fantastic opportunity for employees.
