In 2016 the Ornua Group, under CEO Kevin Lane, launched “The Ornua Way” as the Groups formal Operational Excellence programme.

 

"The Ornua Way" is a Lean Manufacturing principles based framework which requires Ornua Nutrition Ingredients to develop Operational Excellence programmes. The overall goal is to develop a high performing world class facility which live the Operational Excellence approach of seeing, improving and sustaining at all levels of the business.

 

Ornua Nutrition Ingredients not only prides itself on constantly striving to establish best practice and Continuous Improvement within our operations, the entire Senior Management Team are leading the way by completing "The Ornua Way" Operational Excellence Leadership Training Programme.
